As the holidays approach and the new year is in sight I have begun to reflect on how much I've grown this year. I set definite goals. I've rebuilt my self-esteem and confidence. I've achieved. Last year at this time my life was in such turmoil. I am so proud of myself. Small steps lead to long strides which leads to life's journey.

The twists and turns of life can either leave you "all tied up" or take you on a journey of self discovery. Personally, I'm stuck right now -- emotionally, spiritually and physically -- yet I'm so blessed and feel incredibly guilty for whining!
